You are invited to join us at our Valentine's Day Fireside Feast at Hardwick Winery, a 5 course wine dinner in our 1795 Federal style mansion. Learn the history of the mansion with Hardwick Winery owner John Samek, followed by a candlelit, fireside 5 course wine dinner prepared by Chef Peter Ryzewski.

Course 1: Burratta with a pistachio and cherry bruchetta, paired with Dana Black Cherry Wine
Course 2: Handcrafted Lump Crab cake, paired with Reservoir White Riesling
Course 3: Heart-shaped Ravioli with Diavolo sauce & fresh parm, paired with Reservoir Rose'
Course 4: Lamb Chops over butternut & potato puree with asparagus, paired with Reservoir Red Bordeaux
Course 5: Raspberry Panna Cotta, paired with Chocolate Raspberry dessert wine.
This is an intimate event with a maximum of 20 guests. We will be dining in the 1700’s Federal style mansion, which is strictly heated by five fireplaces. Please dress warmly and enjoy this wonderful experience to the fullest.
