Ahlstrand is the founder of Harvesting Flavor, where she helps people learn how to cook delicious, satisfying plant-based meals that support real-life nutrition. A self-described foodie, Jill believes that food needs to taste good first — nourishment and flavor should always go hand in hand.
Ahlstrand’s work grew out of her own journey into plant-based eating and a desire to make it approachable rather than restrictive.
